Humble beginning
In 1972 dr. M.C. Agrawal set up his clinic in Chhattisgarh Akaltara but soon he realized the limitation of homeopathic in the minds of public.
To cater the daily needs & livelihood he began retail allopathic business named Manish medical stores along with his practice in homeopathy.
Inception of Lucare Pharma was not in mind at all at that time but the dedication towards treating the diseases with limited medicine & with limited budget in rural areas really drove the concept of ODOD (one drug one disease ) in the minds of their son who did MBA in the later stages with a gold medal. During the studies they embedded the theory with the practical concept.
After completing studies of MBA (HRD) we established a super distributor firm in Rraipur (capital of C.G. ) in name of Parampara Pharma & very soon we got overwhelming response all over Chhattisgarh with a strong network of 1150 retailers, 350 plus stockists & around 300 doctors in its distribution category.
Year 2008
along with our distribution network we incorporated Lucare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in same distribution address along with a H.Q. Address in Ahmedabad also.
Year 2013-14
Upto year 2014 we witness the effect of our clinical trials done in ayurveda.
We had a zero turnover In our balance sheet throughout all the financial years upto 2013-14 starting from year 2008-2009.
This effort put us on a huge loss financially but gave us a robust confidence in marketing of our research based ayurvedic series especially in female centric diseases through our well known “U-SERIES“ today.
Year 2014-15
- Our first year turnover grossed 1.08 cr in FY-14-15.
- In year 2016 we launched u-cough series.
- In year 2018 we launched walk free series.
Presently we are in 3 states M.P. C.G. & BIHAR with few power brands like walk free, U-TWO, U-SEVEN, U-NINE, U-WIN which contributes more than 80% of the sales revenues.
We had to shut down the Jharkhand operation due to unavoidable circumstances in year 2017-18.
