Plenty of unorganized players are functioning in this sector of ayurvedics & their presence is not noted in prescription arena but this overcrowding is resulting into “me too“, “spurious”, “Low Cost” & even “counterfeit” products also.
All this events creates a dirty image of ayurveda to the doctors while prescribing ayurvedic products without support of clinical trials, insufficient research & lack of lab reports etc. especially where 70% of the doctors are MBBS and they are not from ayurvedic stream.
Despite all negatives our clinical trial did well, our differentiated offerings tempted doctors to write prescriptions from MBBS & BAMS both & we are undisputed no. 1 in Chhattisgarh, Bihar & in M.P. market.
